Terms of Service
Scope: These Terms govern games and related services offered by Kihan Dawn Games (operated by 千幻岛（杭州）网络技术有限公司) through international app stores, including Google Play and the Apple App Store. For the Mainland China mini-game 运了个果, see the Chinese User Agreement.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By downloading or using our games, you agree to these Terms where legally valid. If you do not agree, please stop using the relevant service. If you are a minor, use the games in accordance with applicable laws, age ratings, and parental guidance. App store rules may also apply.
2. License and Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, revocable where legally permitted, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The games, artwork, software, music, and trademarks belong to us or their respective licensors. Except as permitted by law, you may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit those protected materials without permission.
3. Gameplay and Virtual Items
Game progress, coins, lives, boosters, and similar virtual items are gameplay features, not cash or legal tender. Unless expressly authorized by the relevant game, they cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the game. Local progress may be lost if an app is removed or app data is cleared, unless a game specifically provides cloud recovery.
4. Optional Purchases and Advertisements
Some international games may offer optional in-app purchases processed by Google Play or Apple. Prices, payment methods, refund and restoration options, and statutory consumer rights are governed by the applicable store terms and law. We do not claim that all purchases are non-refundable where applicable laws or platform policies provide otherwise.
Some games include advertising or optional rewarded ads. An ad reward is granted only after the relevant completion conditions are confirmed by the game/ad provider. Ad availability may vary by market, network, and user settings. If optional ads are unavailable, core gameplay that does not depend on those ads remains available.
5. Fair Use and Safety
You must not exploit, distribute malware, interfere with servers, use unauthorized cheats in ways that harm others or the service, impersonate other players, or infringe third-party rights. We may respond proportionately to material misuse and provide reasonable means to contact us about restrictions where appropriate.
6. Service Availability and Liability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation on every device or network. To the extent allowed by applicable law, liability is limited for failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct where such limitations are prohibited.
7. Privacy
Please read our Global Privacy Policy for information on data processing, advertising technology, and privacy rights.
8. Changes and Disputes
We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Disputes may be raised with us first at contact@kihandawn.com; mandatory local consumer protections and legally applicable remedies remain unaffected.
